ACCPAC sees software integration as a key growth area in the Middle East as it predicts that the need for scalable, well supported solutions will rise quickly as businesses continue to grow.

"Scalability and integration capabilities are crucial for the region's investments in software, and this is one of our main focuses at Gitex this year," says regional manager, Marc Van der Ven.

The key to achieving tight integration, he explains, is having an open software architecture, something that the company's own software has, as it has been designed to allow third-party vendors to easily integrate their vertical industry applications within it.

"The scalability and integration capabilities of ACCPAC solutions enables us to partner with leading database and application server providers, to offer the Middle East's businesses opportunities for best return on investment in technologies," he adds.
