Gentner Communications is showing its next generation of audio-conferencing equipment, the XAP800 based on the AP800 and using the company’s G-Ware software.

Gentner Communications is showing its next generation of audio-conferencing equipment, the XAP800 based on the AP800 and using the company’s G-Ware software. The XAP800 features 12 echo cancellation points, advanced noise cancellation, a full 32x32 cross poiny matrix and an enhanced expansion bus.

Other products the company is showing include the AP800 which includes programmable matrix outputs and full duplex audio, and the PSR1212 which is a 12x12 matrix mixer with high-end sound processing. It also has an eight channel automatic microphone mixer and eight audio processing blocks. Other products the company produces include Instant Conference Calling and Webconferencing.

Gentner’s Europe, Middle East and Africa division was only formed at the beginning of this year but it is part of a company that has doubled its sales in the past three years. Managing director EMEA, Jan Wintersberg, and sales director EMEA, Christian Schiele are both attending Gitex 2001.
