Al Futtaim Telecom is demonstrating a number of its telecommunication solutions for voice, data, and networking today and throughout this year's show.

There will be a heavy focus on call centres and unified messaging (UM) applications as the company eases its customers into the next generation of telecoms technologies.

The company’s call centre solution allows employees to access detailed information on calls received and information collected while the UM app enables users to receive all messages, whether it be e-mail, voice mail or fax, on a single device.

The company is also holding quality of service (QoS) demonstrations throughout the five days as it demonstrates the difference QoS can make to an organisation. OmniPCX office, will also be on display as the company attempts to bring convergence within the reach of small businesses.
