Kanoo Machinery, a division of Kanoo Commercial Group, announced today that it has joined the Tejari.com B-2-B marketplace in order to provide both the government and private sectors with a range of heavy industrial equipment online.

From general application machines such as cranes and forklifts to more specific application equipment such as arc—welding machines and road sweepers and scrubbers, Kanoo Machinery will offer its entire diverse range through auction and spot-buying features of the Tejari exchange. Genuine spare parts from manufacturers will also be on sale at Tejari.

One of Kanoo Machinery’s primary objectives as a Tejari member is to streamline its trading efficiencies with existing clients and partners in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Yemen. The company also plans to increase its sales channel across the Middle East through Tejari.

“We have selected Tejari.com as a partner for the Kanoo Machinery based on Tejari’s state-of-the-art technology, and we are confident that this agreement will broaden our customer and supplier base, reduce costs and increase our productivity,” says Mohamed Mansoori, general manger, Kanoo Group, UAE and Oman.

Lubna Al Qasimi, managing director of Tejari.com added that Kanoo Machinery will bring “a range of industrial equipment and spare parts to the Tejari marketplace, which will benefit both the government as well as private companies in the construction sector.”
