Synergy Consulting and Training, a certified network training company, has gobbled up League Technology, an Egyptian technology training company. The new company, Synergy Professional Services, boasts 90 professionals focused on the business of training IT professionals.

“Despite economic uncertainties, the Middle East continues to face a shortfall of thousands of required ICT certified professionals every year,” said Melad Ghabrial, president and CEO. “There is a strong regional demand for a services and training organisation that can meet these requirements.”

The new company has operations in Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. It will be structured as three business units: consulting services, technical services and training services.

“The combination of the two market leading companies’ resources to form one pan-Arab ICT services company offers enormous potential,” continued Ghabrial. “Integrating our talent and infrastructure, consolidating our business initiatives and the expansion of our business offers a wealth of new opportunities.”
