AMP has acquired financial planning company, Towry Law, for £75.7 (US $111.7 million.) The deal will help Towry fund what it describes as, ‘ambitious expansion plans in the UAE over the next 12 months.’

“AMP is committed to international growth on a number of fronts and Towry Law International’s activities offer additional strategic opportunities,” said Tom Fraser, managing director, AMP UKFS.
