Andersen Business Consulting and Great Plains Middle East have completed work on the roll out of a full-scale CRM solution for outsourced call-centre service provider CiraNet. The centre, which will provide outsourced CRM for mass market industries, is the first full-scale deployment of Great Plains Siebel Front Office in the region.

A combined team from Andersen and Great Plains implemented the solution, that is based on the Siebel Mid Market application. It combines automation and integration for all points of customer contact, including sales, marketing, customer and field service.

CiraNet, a joint venture between Egyptian IT company Raya Holdings and Citibank, will target its outsourced solutions at banking, hospitality, pharmaceutical, IT, retail and education segments, to provide high volume, high penetration CRM for the mass market.

“This CRM solution will bring immediate benefit to our organisation and the customers we serve, as our staff now has more time to focus on productive activities such as up-selling and cross-selling to a more clearly-defined customer base,” said Sameh Montasser, CiraNet’s managing director. “Thanks to the strategically-designed business processes implemented by the Andersen-Great Plains Middle East team, CiraNet expects not only greater levels of efficiency but reduced costs as well.”

“Our organisation teams up with Andersen to offer our mutual clients throughout the Middle East CRM solutions that will help them increase customer satisfaction, shorten sales cycles, increase efficiencies in working with customers, and increase their overall business revenue” said Nizar Badwan, managing director of Great Plains Middle East.
