Fastlink to implemented P-CRM solution

Fastlink is set to implement a P-CRM solution as it aims to bolster customer loyalty, minimise churn and increase revenues.

Orascom Telecom Group member, Fastlink, is set to implement SLP InfoWare's predictive customer relationship management (P-CRM) software as it aims to bolster customer loyalty, minimise churn in its prepaid and post-paid subscriber base, and increase revenues from its marketing campaigns.

“With SLP InfoWare’s P-CRM solution, Fastlink has been able to take the initiative in stemming possible attrition rates caused by new competition in Jordan’s wireless market,” says Michael Dagher, CEO, Fastlink and COO, Orascom.

SLP InfoWare’s Churn/CPS will be used to address customer turnover in Fastlink’s post-paid and prepaid customer base. The application enables the company to leverage its customer data and identify behaviours associated with non-renewal, allowing the company to act proactively to retain customers before their accounts expire.

In addition to helping Fastlink identify customers most likely to churn, the adoption of SLP InfoWare’s solution allows Fastlink effectively measure the value of their campaigns and customers in financial terms.

“SLP’s predictive platform helps us identify at-risk customers and act proactively and cost effectively with targeted, optimised marketing campaigns to retain them,” explains Dagher.

Fastlink’s own IT team implemented the P-CRM solution and has successfully integrated it into the Oracle 8i database infrastructure.
