LMS being object-based allows rapid customisation to each enterprise and student’s particular requirement. In addition, it is language independent, allowing for global delivery, highly flexible and scalable in its implementation and functionality, and prescriptive by enabling administrators to measure proficiency and then build targeted learning paths for individual users. These features will help the organisations in the Middle East create a very efficient in-house learning environment.” Satish Kumar, SmartForce Middle East Channel Sales Manager.
