Xmediaries is building its presence in the region with the official opening of its local head quarters in the Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) yesterday.

The start-up CRM vendor has been operating in the region since the start of the year. From its operational HQ, Xmediaries intends to push its Internet-enabled CRM solution, CrossRoads.

“CrossRoads is designed from the ground up to deliver a convergence of e-business and customers, partners, vendors and employee relationship management,” explained Kalpesh Desai, CEO, Xmediaries

The venture capitalist funded company has already won 17 customers in the UAE for its CrossRoads product. The company is poised to enter its second round of funding.

“We needed to set up our regional head quarters from where it would be easy to monitor and grow our business and SAIF Zone has the right facilities and attitude to support our initiatives,” said Desai.

“SAIF Zone has provided our operations with a customer and employee friendly atmosphere and we have been able to build a conducive environment for our operations to grow,” he added.

There are already over 600 companies operating out of SAIF Zone, including other IT companies, Infosys and IBS.
