BMC Software will deliver a visual experience of service level management to its stand visitors at Gitex. BMC’s stand, which has been designed to emulate a corporation’s operations centre, will have a live IT enterprise management centre running.

Through the advanced BMC Software management solutions, visitors will be able to visually see how “critical” business applications can be managed.

The company’s management solutions come under two main categories — infrastructure and service. The former is defined as the “efficient control and execution of critical IT operations,” which include the administration of platforms, databases, storage, network, security and middleware technologies.

BMC Software’s solutions automate the management of this infrastructure and therefore give an enterprise greater control. From a single console, it claims, a business is able to monitor, manage, optimise and predict the impact of change on all its technologies, which results in improved service and lower costs.
