MasterCard International has introduced three new online tools designed to make it easier for members to embrace e-business.

MasterCard International has introduced three new online tools designed to make it easier for members to embrace e-business. The online tools are MasterCard eService, The Complete Chip Solution Web site and MasterCard e-Business News.

“These new e-tools are advanced communications vehicles that provide one stop shopping for our members's wide range of e-Business needs,” said Art Kranzley, senior vice president, Global e-Business, MasterCard International.

MasterCard eService provides online operational resource tools and solutions to MasterCard members. A secure Web site offers access to research tools and 24x7 support requests, such as settlement advice and transaction authorisation research. The Complete Chip Solution Web site provides electronic access to The Complete Chip Solution, a smart card support program. The web site gives members access to various chip offerings, presentations, issuer and acquirer tools, frequently asked questions and interactive demos. The service is also accessible at: www.mastercardonline.com/.

The third new offering, MasterCard e-Business News, is a tieup with Northern Light, an online news and financial data provider. The password-protected Web site is designed to keep MasterCard members abreast of industry developments. The service can be reached at: northernlight.com
