3B Soft is bringing its localised web-enabled ERP (WERP) to trading companies in the Middle East with the release of 3B Trade 2001. The solution runs on a Microsoft platform using Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 and MS IIS.

“The web enabled features of 3B Trade 2001 will help those companies that operate in multiple locations but do not want to spend huge amount on lease lines to transfer data between locations,” said Nazeem Uddin, general manager of 3B Soft. “The low cost and high performance of Internet facilities in the Gulf will definitely be an added advantage to companies, which run business solutions on the net.”

“Our regional economy is driven by small and medium sized businesses that are continuously leveraging information technology to increase efficiency,” said Nauman Ahmad, Business Solutions Specialist, Microsoft Gulf and Eastern Mediterranean (GEM). “Built on Microsoft’s platform, 3B Trade 2001 offers these businesses a comprehensive solution to streamline workflow, increase productivity and enhance their service offerings.”
