A leading Indian management guru and presenter of executive education programmes in the USA, professor Aneel Karnani, is to conduct his first programme in the Gulf next month (April). The professor’s debut in the Gulf will be a three-day programme aimed at senior level managers.

Professor Karnani will be conducting a University of Michigan Business School (Ann Arbor) programme ‘Global Business Strategies.’

“Executive programmes by Professor Karnani are in big demand internationally and he has previously be honoured with the Business School’s coveted ‘Teacher Of The Year’ award,” said Aman Merchant, chief executive, Leading Concepts that presents the University of Michigan Business School programmes in the Middle East. “His interest in this emerging market is so great that he was one of the first faculty from the Business School wanting to stage programmes in the Gulf,” he added.

The programme content is looking to explore emerging issues in the global economy and participants will explore a broad set of strategic management issues. The programme will include growth strategies, global competitive strategies and the strategic planning process.
