Global software company, Brokat Technologies, has developed a complete end-to-end set of critical technologies that it says enables a new generation of user-focused services. The new user-centric software is designed to allow e-businesses and other service companies to work together around the user’s needs.

Consumer or employee users are at the main focus of the packages, which aim to allow them to access personalised information, products and services.

“Whether it’s stock quotes, sports scores, news alerts or lottery results, our users are in charge, because they specify what information they want and receive it when they need it,” said Jorge Mata, CEO of, a user of Brokat’s technologies. “Brokat Technologies’ advanced user-centric software enables to orchestrate information unique to each user and serve it to them on their mobile phone anytime, anywhere,” he added.

In conjunction with this shift, Brokat AG is changing its corporate identity to Brokat Technologies. Brokat says that this will better reflect the critical technologies that it provides to enable a user-centric approach to m-commerce.
