In anticipation of demand for e-business solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Great Plains has joined forces with Riyadh-based Digital Telecommunications and Computer Systems (DIGICOM).

Under the agreement, DIGICOM will roll-out Great Plains e-business solutions in the Kingdom, as well as provide after-sales and support for customers.

“Partnering with DIGICOM reflects our strategic commitment to empowering the Saudi market with the best available business management electronic solutions,” says Nizar Badwan, managing director, Great Plains Middle East.

Through the agreement, Saudi companies will be able to get their hands on CRM solutions, and other applications from Great Plains such as ‘Dymanics’ and ‘e-Enterprise,’ all designed to ease the movement of businesses to an electronic world.

“Our relationship with Great Plains enables us to broaden the reach of business processes automation and the advantages it brings to our clients,” says Abdulaziz A. Albaker, president of DIGICOM.

“Partnering with Great Plains also makes DIGICOM the only dedicated turnkey solutions provider for businesses in the public and private sectors in the Saudi market,” he added.
