Seven Seas Computers is to join Tejari.com, the Dubai-based business-to-business marketplace, in a bid to expand its market reach and participation in the public sector’s e-procurement initiatives.

The systems integrator believes that Tejari’s Internet procurement and online sales functionality will complement its recently created customer relationship management (CRM) portal.

“Partnering with Tejari.com will improve the efficiency of our go to market strategy, especially with clients such as the departments within the government of Dubai,” said Mehboob Hamza, director, strategy & people, Seven Seas Computers, at the Tejari signing ceremony. He added, “engaging customers through the B2B umbrella of Tejari.com and our CRM portal redefines the rules of business engagement in the emerging economy and ensures Seven Seas Computers’ competitive advantage.”

Seven Seas Computers plans to utilise Tejari to strengthen the Internet procurement and trading links between its offices in UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and India.
