Al-Faris Information Technologies in Kuwait is now offering sophisticated personalisation solutions to its e-business customers.

The company has signed an agreement with Art Technology Group (ATG), a specialist in electronic customer interaction technology that will see the integrator sell and support the Dynamo 5 e-business platform.

The ATG Dynamo 5 e-Business Platform comprises three components: scenario-based personalisation; a deployment-ready and customisable B-to-B and B-to-C commerce application; and a scalable, fully Java 2 Enterprise Edition-compliant application server.

ATG's implementation of the full J2EE standard in the Dynamo 5 platform ensures that customers and partners are provided with an open and flexible architecture that allows them to keep pace with their changing business needs.

“Al-Faris and ATG will jointly deliver customer-focused solutions that leverage ATG Dynamo's J2EEï-certified application platform and 100% Java-based customer management applications.” Said Haitham S. Al-Faris, President & CEO of Al-Faris. “Tapping the power of ATG Dynamo, companies can maximise the lifetime value of online customer relationships to quickly achieve more effective business results,” he added.
