IBM has launched the consumer versions of its Netvista PC family.

The latest additions to IBM’s Edge of Network (EoN) range are the NetVista A20i and A40i.

The new versions complete IBM’s range of devices that are designed to cater to simple to use, high-bandwidth Internet computing.

“When we launched our EoN initiative earlier this year, customers saw how we delivered devices that were better designed, easier to use and delivered more beyond-the-box capabilities,” said Sameh Farid, marketing manager, IBM PSG MEEP. “With today’s announcements, we’re executing on the promise of EoN, with new-high volume models designed to get our customers focused on what this tool can do for their business.”

The A-series is designed in several different form factors to allow customers to pick their machines and add different mechanical specifications as they require.
