Jumbo Electronics has become one of the first private businesses in the UAE to sign up to Tejari.com’s online marketplace.

Tejari.com was launched earlier this year as a B2B site bringing together an online community of corporate and government buyers and sellers. Jumbo will use Tejari.com to source and sell the latest hi-tech products for businesses and consumers from around the world.

“By joining Tejari.com, Jumbo anticipates a reduction in costs, an increase in our competitiveness, and the enhancement of our relationships with both customers and suppliers,” commented M.R.Chhabria, Chairman of Jumbo Electronics, at the signing ceremony with Tejari.com.

Participation in Tejari also allows Jumbo Electronics to extend its global reach. With presence in more than 25 countries, Jumbo can utilise Tejari’s online community to sell goods online, participate in auctions and track the status of deals from anywhere in the world, said the company.
