The office of the General Secretary of the GCC Council in Saudi Arabia is to banish manual paperwork by switching over to Sakhr Software’s ArabDox document management system.

The solution will see the General Secretary of GCC using the ArabDox enterprise imaging system to capture all data, and create a customised index of its documents. The system replaces the traditional use of paper documents with electronic documents management.

Sakhr developed ArabDox as a reliable solution to Arabic enterprises which previously relied on Latin systems to manage their documents and information, a process which is highly impractical due to the fact the Latin information management systems do not possess suitable tools and mechanisms to handle Arabic language documents efficiently
