Canon has completed a month long, in depth technical training programme for its channel partners.

The training programme is part of the vendor’s efforts to push value into its product range through the offering of advanced printing and imaging solutions.

“As part of the technical team in Egypt, I am exposed daily to customer needs that go beyond simple technical problems. We are continuously asked to suggest imaging solutions, especially now that companies are becoming internally networked and require imaging peripherals that support these environments,” said Ayman Samir.

Canon products that were covered in the training included Canon Web Net Spot, PrintShop Mail, Secure Print and Canon Bureau Network.
