This week’s Geek of the Week must have held a serious grudge against his former bosses.

Stevan Hoffacker, a former employee of Source Media has been charged with hacking into the company’s computer system three years after leaving his job.

Fox News reported that 53-year-old Hoffacker hacked into Source Media’s computer systems, then tipped off employees who were about to lose their jobs.

It is alleged that during the course of his snooping, Hoffacker managed to hack into the computer systems because he knew the user names and passwords of the company’s other employees.

Fox News reported that Hoffacker found an e-mail discussion between two executives in which they revealed the names of two employees who were about to be fired.

He then, according to Fox News, sent copies of the e-mails to the two named employees warning them of what was going on.
