Fakhro boosts aftersales service offering

BAHRAIN-BASED Sony Ericsson partner Fakhro Electronics has unveiled its new Sony Ericsson customer service centre at the GOSI Mall Complex in Manama.

General manager of Fakhro Electronics Karim Maidan said the company invested more than US$130,000 in establishing the service centre, which is the first of its kind in the Bahraini capital.

He said the outlet would offer Sony Ericsson handset owners with Fakhro Electronics’ warranties onsite service while they wait.

“With qualified engineers trained by Sony Ericsson, Fakhro Electronics offers competitive services for after-sale support,” he said. “We invest heavily to ensure that customers get the best service possible.”
