Focus on song in Qatar

Business software vendor bolsters its channel coverage in Qatari market by giving InfoCenter extended distribution rights.

Qatari distributor InfoCenter will market Focus Softnet's Focus Reach business software following a deal penned between the two companies.

The distributor - a member of the Al Jabor Group - will promote, distribute and sell the low-cost business management solution across Qatar.

"We were looking for a distributor who could keep up with the growing market demands and also increase our growth rate in Qatar," claimed Syed Mohammed, general manager at Focus Softnet Qatar. "We have been dealing with Al Jabor Holdings for a very long time and some of its companies have implemented Focus RT, our ERP software," he added.

InfoCenter has put in place a team of five professionals to manage Focus Reach. Three of these will focus on channel sales and the remaining two will concentrate on direct sales. According to K.K. Varghese, operations manager at InfoCenter: "Focus Reach is an amazing business management solution, which is feature-rich, easy to use, easy to install and competitively priced, making it an ideal software solution for small businesses and home businesses."

Varghese claims there is huge demand for the Arabic version of Focus Reach as it outperforms its competitors in terms of pricing, features and value. "We are glad to partner with Focus Softnet to bring this exciting product to Qatar," he added.
